• Provide and maintain the Soundle service

• Create and modify playlists on your behalf in your Spotify account

4. Spotify Integration

Soundle connects to your Spotify account to provide its core functionality. When you authorize Soundle, you grant us the following permissions:

• Read your email and Spotify profile information
• Read your saved music library
• Read your recently played tracks
• Read your top artists and tracks
• Read your private playlists
• Create and modify public and private playlists

We store your Spotify authentication tokens securely to maintain your connection to the service. You can revoke Soundle's access at any time through your Spotify account settings.

Your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Spotify: To provide the core playlist functionality
• Vercel: Anonymous analytics data to improve our service

Soundle does not use cookies to track you. We may use essential session storage to maintain your login state, but no tracking or advertising cookies are used.
